Ingredients Partner Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to develop sales strategies to secure long term relationships, perform sales and maintain and grow customer relationships. This is a full-time position, based in Kelapa Gading office

Jobs Description and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing the sales pipelines and exceeding sales goal
  • Manage business relationships with customer’s Purchasing and Research and Development staff, interfacing with primary Technical contacts in order to solicit new business and to participate actively on long-term projects
  • Generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline, focusing mainly on food ingredients product, and to achieve sales targets as defined by the Sales Manager
  • Developing and expand new business through sales activities to food manufacture customers
  • Monitor customers payment schedule, collect payment from customer if necessary
  • Regular customer communication and customer visiting
  • Submit daily activity report

Job Requirement:

  • Maximum age of 30 years old
  • Minimum 2 years in sales of Food / Beverage products (preferred)
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering / Food Technology
  • Candidate must be adaptive, flexible, result oriented, persistent, proactive and creative person
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Excellent in communication, negotiation and presentation skill
  • Able to work independently as well as team
  • A high degree of energy, self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills

Ingredients Partner Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Technical Sales to develop sales strategies to secure long term relationships, perform sales and maintain and grow customer relationships. This is a full-time position, based in Kelapa Gading office.

Jobs Description and Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote product focus segment and other manage and develop customer relationship, provide and advise customer with technical
  • Aggressively seek new customers, territories, and distribution channels
  • Provide technical expertise on sales presentation with customer to drive growth and profitability
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of customer decision makers and influencers.
  • Work directly with customers on product development, timelines and commercial to develop product to market that meet specification
  • Create and maintain contracts with customers technical key personnel, including technical follow up of project and activities agreed with the customer

Job Requirement:

  • Maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / Diploma degree
  • Excellent in communication, negotiation and presentation skill
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A high degree of energy, self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills
